  • Dishonored (Bad) Check Service Charge  –  HRS Chapter 40-35.5
    • There will be an administrative service charge of $25 for each returned check.
    • Administrative services charges must be paid in full by:
      • Cash
      • Certified or cashier’s check
      • Bank or postal money order
  • Course Cancellations
    • Courses that do not have the minimum 5 registrations will be cancelled and participants will have the following options:
      • Have course fee payment returned or shredded.
      • Register for another "alternate" course if there is space available.
  • Additional Course Sections
    • If a course enrollment exceeds the maximum class size, participant's registration will be considered for addtional course section openings if available.
    • Additional sections may be added if there are sufficient registrations.
    • If no additional sections are available, participant's will have the option to enroll in an alternate course and apply the payment submitted provided the course fee amount is the same.
    • If the participant decides not to enroll in a different course, they may opt to have their course fee payment returned or shredded.
